Jason is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and executive leadership.  He began his career in public accounting, building a strong foundation in both audit and tax before transitioning into private industry.  Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a private equity-backed company, where he led financial strategy, reporting, and operational improvements through a period of rapid growth and transformation.

Today, as the Founder and Principal Consultant of Precision Accounting Systems, Jason partners with small to mid-sized businesses to strengthen their financial infrastructure. He focuses on delivering accurate reporting, streamlining processes, and enhancing internal controls. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Jason brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every engagement, helping clients transform financial clarity into a strategic edge.
